Jade Zenger's story is one of exploration, growth, and a commitment to excellence. Though not native to the beaches that glisten under the Florida sun, Jade has been apart of this beautiful community for the majority of her life. Right out of high school Jade embarked on a journey of discovery; hoping to embrace opportunities across the United States and around the globe, she joined the Navy. However, life had a different plan for Jade and shortly after basic training she was medically discharged from the United States Military. Armed with her grit and tenacity, Jade made her way back to the breathtaking landscape of the Emerald Coast where she began her life as an entrepreneur. She began working in restaurants, and quickly picked up a position as a real estate assistant where her attention to detail and commitment to providing the highest level of service quickly made her invaluable to the organization.

Jade is a licensed real estate agent, the owner of Jade Zenger Co and the cofounder of Project Healing Prosperity and Freedom, a non profit think tank founded to develop a more loving and compassionate society by bring new and powerful discoveries about life and consciousness to the masses.

With her dedication to providing the highest quality of service and her self-taught background in marketing and promotion, Jade brings a unique dimension to the partnership. Lacey Price is a distinguished Realtor and a native of Florida's Emerald Coast, deeply versed in its offerings. With over twenty years in the real estate industry, her profound knowledge of the area's schools and community's intricacies has made her a trusted figure in the local real estate market. Lacey’s philosophy as a Realtor is centered on minimizing stress for her clients during the buying and/or selling process, a commitment that has defined her successful career.

With her extensive background, Lacey has witnessed the highs and lows of real estate, gaining unique insights that enable her to streamline transactions to the delight of both buyers and sellers. Her skills are further applied in her venture, The Living Company Property Management Co., which she founded with two goals in mind: 1.) to address client dissatisfaction and work on improving the property management experience, and 2.) to help fund a self-sustaining community, The Living Company a Therapeutic Community.

A University of Florida graduate, Lacey excels in utilizing her marketing and advertising expertise to achieve outstanding client satisfaction, praised consistently for her meticulous attention to detail. In addition to her real estate and marketing prowess, she is also a licensed residential contractor, boasting over two decades of experience in building and remodeling, capable of turning any concept into reality.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lacey is deeply committed to social change through her leadership roles in several non-profits. She is the founder and President of Project Healing Prosperity and Freedom, a think tank aimed at creating a more compassionate society through new insights into life and consciousness. She is also the founder and President of The Living Company a Therapeutic Community - offering support to the homeless, addicts, and families in crisis; and co-founder and President of The Liberation of Education, dedicated to developing innovative alternatives to traditional educational systems. Through these roles, Lacey continues to impact her community and beyond, striving for betterment in every aspect of her work.
